Our neck and upper back reset workshop helps reset and release tension. We carry more than we realize — tension, emotion, and stress - especially in our upper bodies.


From clenching our jaws during stressful moments to rounding our shoulders over screens, the upper body holds tight to what the mind tries to forget. This workshop is an opportunity to press pause, reset, and finally let go.

In this 60-minute experience, we’ll explore:

We'll be using Yoga Triangle™ props, myofascial release tools, and breath-led movement to support release and alignment. You’ll leave with actionable techniques you can use daily — no yoga experience needed.

  • Yoga Triangle™: An ergonomic, angled prop that supports the spine, decompresses joints, and enhances mobility

  • Myofascial Balls: Pinpoint trigger points and unwind connective tissue

  • Self-Massage Techniques: Learn how to care for your own neck, shoulders, and jaw


Yoga Triangles will be provided for use during the workshop and available for purchase afterward.
