This 75 minute workshop is designed to help you open your hips, ease lower back tension, and restore comfort to everyday movement with a focus on the hips and low back.
You'll learn self massage and myofascial release techniques to help you explore hip mobility, release tension and discomfort in the hips, low back and glutes and offer a reset leaving you relaxed and restored.
You’ll come out learning focused self massage and myofascial release techniques for the hips and hip flexors, glutes and piriformis, low back and sacrum, hip rotators and IT Band, as well as experience a nervous system reset leaving you relaxed, rested and tension-free.
We are REALLY excited to share new techniques to help with low back compression and hip tightness from desk work, workouts, or daily habits. If you’ve been feeling “locked up” in your hips or dealing with that constant low back ache, this is your chance to reset.

Using Yoga Triangles™ — uniquely angled props that help decompress joints and enhance alignment — along with foam rollers and myofascial release tools, this class helps reduce pain, prevent injury, and restore movement. Great for sore muscles, stiff joints, or anyone needing a reset between training days. All levels welcome — requests for specific areas of tightness encouraged!

Lunar Flow + Frequency is an immersive evening of slow, soulful movement accompanied by live ambient guitar and chakra-inspired electronic soundscapes. Rooted in moon salutation-inspired flow, the practice unfolds into deeply restorative shapes supported by aromatherapy and an invitation for optional guided journaling.
We’ll start with a steady, moon-inspired flow and wind down with restorative poses and breathwork. Optional journaling will be available at the end to help integrate your experience. Whether you come for the lunar-inspired movement, the Chakra-toned electronic frequencies, or both, this is an opportunity to reset your nervous system, move with intention, and leave feeling restored.
