We can bring our workshops or training to you. We offer live demos, workshops, and events. We have partnered with various organizations such as CityGirlsWhoWalkHouston, WellnessforHou, and Mala Market to raise awareness around organizations we love to support - specifically organizations that give back to their community, empower people and encourage innovation and collaboration. Opportunities include:

Our talented team has a diverse background rooted in subject matter expertise on wellness and movement. We are very excited for the growth and interest in our teacher training program. Our lead instructor is a 500ERYT with 20 years of experience. Our team members are athletic trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and more.
