We’re thrilled to announce a new addition to the incredible class lineup at OAthletik — Houston’s premiere fitness destination for athletes, high performers, and anyone committed to training with intention.

Starting Wednesdays at 6 PM, you can now join us for Mobility + Recovery Flow, a 45-minute class designed to support your strength gains with fascia-focused mobility, smart recovery strategies, and deep tissue release techniques that keep your body performing at its peak.

What to Expect in Class

Using lots of tools - rollers, myofascial release balls, and triangles - this class will be a valuable tool for those looking for more than a traditional yoga class.


This isn’t a typical stretch class or slow yoga session — this is intelligent recovery for high-performing bodies. In this guided 45-minute experience, we’ll use:

  • Mobility drills for movement prep and restoration

  • Foam rollers and myofascial release tools

  • Targeted releases for neck, hips, shoulders, and spine

  • And our favorite — the Yoga Triangle™.


The Yoga Triangle™ is a game-changing prop designed with angled edges that support alignment, joint decompression, and a more dynamic range of recovery movements. Unlike standard rectangular blocks, these were made for real bodies in motion — and now, they’re coming to OAthletik.
