When you partner with us—whether you’re white labeling products, hosting a workshop or training, or bringing our tools into your business—our goal is simple:
👉 Make the experience clear, fair, and supportive for everyone involved.
Our Terms & Conditions exist to protect both sides of the partnership, reduce friction, and create a shared
understanding so we can focus on what actually matters: delivering great products, meaningful education, and long-term collaboration.
Why Our Terms Work for Small Business Owners
We know firsthand what it’s like to run a small business, juggle timelines, manage cash flow, and wear way too many hats.
Our terms are designed to:
Set clear expectations - No guessing games around payment timing, ownership, or deliverables. Clarity upfront prevents misunderstandings later.
Protect your investment and ours - Whether it’s inventory, custom production, or training prep, our terms ensure everyone is aligned once work begins.
Keep projects moving smoothly - Defined timelines and payment structures help us prioritize your order or event and deliver on schedule.
Support professional, scalable partnerships - These terms allow us to serve multiple studios, teachers, and businesses without sacrificing quality or consistency.
For White Label & Product Partners
If you’re exploring white label products or bulk orders, our terms help ensure:
Your custom or branded products are handled with care and intention
Production timelines and costs are clearly outlined
Ownership, usage, and delivery expectations are documented
This protects your brand as much as it protects ours.
For Workshops, Trainings & Hosted Events
If you’re bringing a workshop, teacher training, or specialty event into your space, our terms help:
Clarify booking, payment, and cancellation expectations
Ensure instructors, materials, and resources are fully supported
Create a professional framework that reflects the value of the experience you’re offering your community
We’re Flexible—When It Makes Sense
While our Terms & Conditions outline our standard operating practices, we also understand that not every business looks the same.
✨ Extended payment terms, phased payments, or custom arrangements can be discussed on an individual client basis.
We’re especially open to flexibility when working with:
Small business owners
Long-term partners
Studios and organizations aligned with our vision, values, and mission
Folks who are building something meaningful and sustainable
The key? Open communication. If you anticipate needing modified terms, we encourage that conversation before production, booking, or scheduling begins.
Our Commitment
We’re committed to:
Supporting independent studios and wellness professionals
Building ethical, transparent, and respectful partnerships
Creating systems that allow everyone involved to succeed
Our Terms & Conditions aren’t about rigidity—they’re about mutual respect, clarity, and shared growth.
