Dog Yoga Pop Up: Yoga, Dogs, and Community ā The Perfect Trio!
If you love yoga, dogs, and community vibes, this event is for you! We're teaming up again with Zoomies, Houston's first members-only bark park, for another round of our Dog Yoga Pop Up classes. This time, weāre featuring the soulful and inspiring Grace Ngo!

Join us for an uplifting outdoor yoga classāfriendly dogs welcome! Enjoy movement, connection, and tail wags while Grace leads a 45-minute all-levels flow with the support of Yoga Triangles, SmartWater, and good vibes from Zoomies.
This event is free to attend or make a donation to support Best Friends Animal Society in Houston. Stick around after class to meet adorable adoptable pups and kitties in the Mobile Adoption Unit!
Meet Grace ā Your Dog Yoga Instructor

Grace Ngo is a soulful, intuitive yoga teacher with over a decade of personal practice and six years of teaching experience. Her classes weave together breath, movement, and presence to create nurturing spaces where students feel supported, grounded, and empowered.
Grace draws from a deep well of mindfulness and transformation. Whether sheās teaching Vinyasa, gentle flows, meditation, or grounding practices, she leads with intention and compassion. Her mission is to help others come home to themselves through a practice thatās more than physicalāitās healing soul medicine.
Outside of teaching, Grace serves as Music Director at Tapestry UU Church and brings joy through music, nature, storytelling, and community connection.
