Dog Yoga Pop Up: Yoga, Dogs, and Community ā The Perfect Trio!

If you love yoga, dogs and community vibes, this is the event for you! We're teaming up with Zoomies, Houston's first members-only bark park to bring you a Dog Yoga Pop Up class. Whitney will be our featured teacher!

Join us for a fun class with friendly dogs welcome - movement, connection and tail wags! Whitney will lead a 45 minute class that's beginner friendly and we will provide pups, Zoomies, SmartWater and Yoga Triangles for your enjoyment. Doing yoga with your pup is a great way to improve your wellness and connect with community, all while having a blast and supporting a great cause!
The event is free or make contributions to support Best Friends Animal Society in Houston. Stick around to meet some cute adoptable pups and cats too!
Meet Whitney ā Your Dog Yoga Instructor
Whitney brings 15+ years of fitness and movement experience and a loving, gentle presence to the mat. She has an incredible background in dance and yoga. You can expect a fun blend of her expertise from Yin, vinyasa and trauma-informed somatic movement practices, culminating into a creative, playful, and accessible movement experience.
Whitney is a staple to the Houston Wellness community, and Co-founder of Wellnessforhou. She's also the Private Yoga Trainer and Administrator at Unify Osteopractic Physical Therapy. She's grateful for the opportunity to share this powerful practice of movement and breathe with others, with an emphasis on healing, self-love, and empowerment in her classes. In her free time, you can find her snuggling with her kitties, hanging with loved ones, and exploring local spots!

āļø Outdoor Zoomies Pop Up with local vendors - learn about Houston's first members-only dog park in the East End!
š¶ Meet adoptable pets (dogs and cats will be hanging out in the Mobile Adoption Vehicle with Best Friends Animal Society in Houston) and connect with local pet lovers!
This unique yoga event is a great way to support your well-being and your pup's health while enjoying Zoomies and connecting with fellow pet owners!
