Full moon energy is typically associated as a time to release things to make space for new energy. We invite you to focus your attention on the convergence between the characteristics of the heart Chakra and a full moon release.
What are characteristics of the heart Chakra?
The heart Chakra is associated with love. It is also associated with compassion, emphathy, and emotional balance. If you struggle to connect with these feelings or have a challenging time with emotional balance, then you would benefit from meditating and exploring the energetic heart center of the Anahata Chakra.

How do I connect my full moon meditation to my feelings?
When meditating on your energy centers, you may benefit from understanding some affirming statements that can help connect you to your feelings. If you are new to working with affirmations, you can start by picking one that fits how you are feeling, or how you WANT to feel. Once you have selected that affirmation, you can repeat this in your mind, out loud, or you can write it down and journal about what comes up for you. Set aside 5-10 minutes to give yourself time to be present and experience your thoughts and emotions.
