Using Yoga Triangles™ — uniquely angled props that help decompress joints and enhance alignment — along with foam rollers and myofascial release tools, this class helps reduce pain, prevent injury, and restore movement. Great for sore muscles, stiff joints, or anyone needing a reset between training days. All levels welcome — requests for specific areas of tightness encouraged!
