The Yoga Triangle Collective is a space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. Each month, we’ll come together for mindful movement—whether it’s a walk through the park or a grounding fitness session—followed by honest conversations and connections over coffee or juice. This isn’t just another group; it’s a celebration of vitality, community, and living with intention.

We aren't trying to sell you anything. We don't want you to join our downline. You don't need to train with us in order to sit at our table or talk to our network. No more Mean Girls in the Wellness Scene. Come join us.

You are going to make some new friends when you show up. Our attendees initial group has developed from a year of Saturday walks with Girlfriends and Brunches. You're going to love this.
