Join us for a unique and restorative workshop designed to release tension and unlock mobility in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Using the Yoga Triangle™ and guided techniques in myofascial release, self-massage, and mindful movement, you'll explore effective applications for the head, neck, jaw (including TMJ), shoulders, chest, ribcage, and side body. This creative session offers tools to reset your upper body, relieve chronic tension, and restore ease and alignment.
