About the event
You'll learn self massage and myofascial release techniques to help you explore hip mobility, release tension and discomfort in the hips, low back and glutes and offer a reset leaving you relaxed and restored.
You’ll come out learning focused self massage and myofascial release techniques for the hips and hip flexors, glutes and piriformis, low back and sacrum, hip rotators and IT Band, as well as experience a nervous system reset leaving you relaxed, rested and tension-free.
We are REALLY excited to share new techniques to help with low back compression and hip tightness from desk work, workouts, or daily habits. If you’ve been feeling “locked up” in your hips or dealing with that constant low back ache, this is your chance to reset.
